Hi, I’m Tara Rule, The Busy2Balanced Positive Psychology Coach. I’ve risen through the ranks at Adobe & O2 by writing my own Rule book and playing to my strengths and am now an international virtual and in-person coach, even flying to New York for workshops.

I help busy professionals to succeed without sacrifice and create a life they love so that they don’t let fear get in the way of them reaching their potential like I nearly did!
